BABY BUNDLES
Baby blankets, newborn infant clothes and other much-needed items are collected and “packaged” into bundles and given to mothers who have no other way to get the things they need for their new baby.
BLANKET MINISTRY
During the cold winter months, we collect warm, clean blankets to be distributed through Interfaith Emergency Services to the many homeless people who live in our community.
HAPPY COOKS
Once a month, members of our parish provide a complete dinner for the residents at Interfaith Emergency Services’ shelter for women and children.
INTERFAITH EMERGENCY SERVICES
Our Parish focuses most of its outreach ministries on helping people in our community through Interfaith Emergency Services. Interfaith Emergency Services is a not-for-profit organization that brings together people of all faiths who seek to minister to persons in need through combined prayer and action. Some of the services IES provides are food, shelter, clothing, and emergency financial assistance. (Interfaith Emergency Services website: www.marion-interfiath.org)
